Stable cash flow on Timber SCM : variance is only on frontline

Recent days players of production activities
in supply chains have pay attention on cash flow.
Inventory of raw material, WIP, and products are
totally decreased to keep cash.
But the bullwhip effect strikes all players.
So, orders from downstream players make variances.
Variances appear whole supply chains.
This means “supply chain is variance chain”.
What can players prepare for variances? How do players manage cash flow?
One of many strategies is eliminating variances except frontline to consumer.
The Timber SCM (DBRR) makes material flow on supply chain stable.
Then players between raw material and products receive stabilized orders.
They may manage cash flow easily along stable
in & out flow of both material and cash.
Under such stable cash flow condition, all players can concentrate on frontline,
while players in other supply chains are confused by infinity variances.
